Hi there! My name is Jemma, I am 28 and am from Northamptonshire/Leicestershire. I have been taking photographs of wildlife for 2 years now. I have always adored animals and volunteer at my local Wildlife Hospital in my spare time. The animals and their wellbeing are always my first priority when taking photos. I try my best to ensure that the animal isn't aware of my presence.
My most challenging photo was my fox photo which took me many hours to achieve. I researched the location, visited before taking my camera, set up a wildlife hide, left it there for 2 weeks (to leave the animals to adjust to a new object) and then returned with my camera. It then took many hours of waiting to achieve this photograph. I feel that my hard work really paid off and I felt emotional once I got this shot. My next goal is to take a photo of a badger, so stay tuned! I am currently only selling copies of my fox photograph as a trial. However, if you see a different photo on my instagram page (instagram.com/naturebyjem) that you would like printing then please contact me.
All of my photographs are professionally printed onto fine art paper and are mounted. I can offer other sizes so please use the "contact" form for enquiries.
Thank you so much for taking the time to view my page.
